Vireo Studio is an independent interaction and motion design practice based in Lisbon. We partner with founders and creative teams to shape websites, product interfaces, and brand systems where every transition earns its place.

We work across software, culture, and hospitality with clients who care about detail. Our practice is small on purpose — the same designers who scope your project also draw the frames, write the easing curves, and ship the final build.

Over the past five years the studio has been recognised by Awwwards, The FWA, and CSS Design Awards, and featured in publications that look for craft over trend.

What kind of work do you take on?

Vireo Studio focuses on interaction and motion design for the web — from marketing sites and product interfaces to launch campaigns and small brand systems. We enjoy projects where movement and craft carry equal weight, and we regularly work with founders, cultural institutions, and in-house design teams across Europe.

How do you charge for projects?

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed project fee once we've mapped the scope, timeline, and deliverables together. For longer collaborations we split the fee across clear milestones so the investment stays predictable and each phase ships something meaningful.

Do you offer an hourly rate?

For short consultations, design reviews, or ongoing support, we work at a day rate that reflects the studio's craft and speed. For anything larger, we prefer to shape a retainer or project fee so that expectations, ownership, and outcomes stay aligned from day one.
